Fines Creek Community Association

- April 9 - Fund raiser for the Junior Appalachian Musicians: BBQ dinner and Old Time Music concert. Dinner from 5-6:00pm with the concert from 6-8:00pm.

- August 26-27 - 14th Fines Creek Bluegrass Jam - Friday, music begins at 5pm and lasts until midnight. Saturday events are scheduled from 4pm-midnight.

North Hominy

- October 15 - Annual Apple Festival

Bethel Rural Community Organization

- 2nd Tuesday of odd months - Jan, March, May, July, Sept, Nov - Community Meeting at the Bethel Presbyterian Church, 7pm

- 3rd Saturday of even months - Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct, Dec - BRCO Fundraising Dinners - Bethel Presbyterian Church 4-7pm

- Aug 11 - Cold Mountain Tour

- Sep 20 - Cold Mountain Tour

- October 8th - Bethel Half Marathon and 5K Races - Pre-registration suggested. Awards by local artisans go to the winners with homemade soups and baked goods free to all runners.

- Oct 13 - Cold Mountain Tour

Cruso Community

- May 27 - Community Center opening for the season

- Craft Co-Op, Library and Thrift Shop open Tuesday–Saturday, 10–4pm

- June 22 - Fashion Show & Luncheon - 11:30am

- July 16 - Old Crab Day 10–3pm

- Aug 26-27 - Cruso Quilt Show Fri, 10-6 / Sat, 10-4

- Oct 31 - Halloween Festival 6–8pm
